Tennant Life Benefits Recommendation
The trustees of the (removed for client privacy) Fund appointed Tennant Life Benefits (TLB) as fund administrators in 2007. This appointment was effected during the collapse of the previous administrators and it was during this time that TLB proved their worth to (removed for client privacy) in ensuring a smooth as possible transition and doing all that was required to ensure that the financial as well as other pertinent records were kept up to date and in line with the requirements of the local FSB (Financial Services Board).
Since 2007 (removed for client privacy) has enjoyed a beneficial relationship working with TLB calling upon their expertise to successfully run the pension fund and deal with all of the required day-to-day transactions and issues related to the fund. As a result we have enjoyed high levels of service from TLB. We have particularly noted the ability of a second line of contact to step in and ensure this service is maintained when the first line of contact has been unavailable. Steve, I would like you to know what STARS you have in Vasagan and Alison. They have managed to get authorisation from Discovery for my husband’s VAC machine in less than a day. KCI and Dr. Le Roux have been trying since 27 February. In this day and age where service delivery is almost non-existent and a lot of staff attitude leaves much to be desired – this is service supreme. You are lucky to have them on your staff.
