Desire started her career at Tennant in 1997 as a data capturer and systems tester, where she worked alongside the programming team. From there, she was promoted to manager, and successfully managed the accounting team for a few years.
It wasn’t long before her strong understanding of people, and how to manage them, led her to the position of Tennant’s fund administration manager and ultimately director.
Desire’s strength lies in her ability to drive deadlines, all whilst ensuring that her team remains motivated and inspired.
