Yolandé first began her career at Tennant in 1999 as a receptionist. Her tenacity and willingness to learn and ‘be better’ propelled her through various departments to her current role as Director of Tennant Life Benefits.
Yolandé’s sound moral judgement is rooted in strong values and ethics, which she uses to lead her team to provide bespoke, unbiased financial advice. Her ‘time waits for no one, so make every day count’ approach to work and life, ensures that her team constantly reaches for and achieves new heights.
Yolandé’s husband and daughter are the epicentre of her existence, and when she is not working, she can be found enjoying their company – good book and glass of wine in hand, of course!
